1. เพิ่มศักยภาพผู้เรียนให้มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการศึกษา
2. เพิ่มศักยภาพครูและบุคลากร
3. พัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาโดยการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน
4. สร้างและพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
5. ส่งเสริมอนุรักษ์ สืบสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น
6. น้อมนำหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน

2. ครูและบุคลากรมีความรู้ความสามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
3. โรงเรียนมีระบบบริหารและจัดการศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน
4. โรงเรียนเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ น่าดู น่าอยู่ น่าเรียน
5. ผู้เรียนเห็นคุณค่า อนุรักษ์ และร่วมสืบสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น
